A gorgeous pale pink rosé with subtle fruit flavours and pepper spice. Delicious drinking with summer’s simpler meals.

We hand picked the Mourvèdre fruit for this rosé, tasting as we went, searching for bunches that showed the variety’s distinctive juiciness, peppery spice and crunchy freshness.

The grapes were only just turning red, so once pressed the juice had just a whisper of pale pink. The nose shows the subtle fruit flavours and pepper spice we saw in vineyard, as does the palate which is delicate yet textural with a fresh, savoury finish.

Well chilled, it makes delicious drinking with Summer’s simpler meals—a fresh garden salad, a plate of grilled fish, or a tasty charcuterie platter laden with olives, prosciutto and chargrilled veggies. Sustainably grown and with minimal handling at every step, our Mourvèdre is also vegan friendly.
